This strategy includes green buildings, alternative drive train vehicles, renewable energy purchases, onsite renewable energy technologies and only after these reductions have been made to invest in credible high quality carbon offset products to meet its carbon reduction goals. Within the Carbon Canopy Staples plays a lead role co-chairing the initiative with Dogwood Alliance.
